ATC Love to Chef Tiffany Derry
This week we, very sadly, said goodbye to Chef Tiffany Derry, who's genuinely sunny and funny personality and consistently good food made her a favorite of bloggers everywhere.Unfortunately, this week, she misjudged the freezing process, so her mussels froze solid and didn't make it to the plate. Though her fish was nicely cooked and Bourdain liked her sauce, Tom thought she could do without the tomatoes and Ripert thought the sauce needed a little more acid.

Tiffany, I thought you were the best. You should some love and soul in your food. I dont think American will ever see another Tamale like you made, sorry they are going to miss out......I will miss you...
Tiffany, I think your food always looks and sounds like it would be delicious. I wish you could have competed for the title, you were my favorite.
I think it is truly a shame that your mussels froze, because clearly you were one of the top four. Definitely one of my favorites. Best of luck and have fun in Paris!

I most definitely smell a rat (or two) - Tiffany should not have been the one to go home!
