Way to go Marcel! Great show. As a long time food show addict Marcel's Quantum Kitchen definitely ranks up there for me. Watching Marcel and his team make an amazing meal for a wildlife foundation almost made up for me having to miss the Top Chef All Stars Finale on Wednesday night. I loved the pork rind snake and the smoky dessert!

I totally forgot it was on- not used to watching my fav Chef's on the Syfy channel-lol.
I hope to see a re-run- it looked like a very interesting show!
