Congratulations to Chef Antonia LoFaso!

Making risotto on Top Chef has always been a risky proposition, and Chef Antonia LoFaso played with fire in choosing it to represent her Italian heritage. She nailed it, however, making a dish that was perfect in both flavor and texture.



Not only is Antonia on her way to the Top Chef All-Stars finale in the Bahamas, she's also won herself a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Congrats to Chef Lofaso - we're excited to see what she can do in the finale.
