ATC Love to Chef Sandlin

This week we said goodbye to Chef Jesse Sandlin, who fell to the bottom three with her "ELT," an escargots-driven version of the BLT, and was sent home following her tuna tartare and quail egg amuse-bouche.

While the judges commented that it hardly felt fair to send someone home for just one bite, they also noted that the dish's proportions were off.
