Thanksgiving 101 with Dave Martin

Thanksgiving will be upon us in a few short weeks, and many of us like to get our meal-planning out of the way early. To help us, Top Chef Season One finalist Dave Martin has put together a series of videos on creating a tasty Thanksgiving dinner. First off, he talks about the centerpiece of the meal - the bird. Next comes a video about two sides: carrot mashers and roasted Brussels sprouts. Finally, he finishes the meal with a pumpkin panna cotta and molasses ginger cookies.
