Chef Michael Voltaggio clocked his third win this week, for his New York-inspired boneless chicken wing, garnished with a cold blue cheese disc. The judges loved the flavors and innovation in the dish and the way it turned a familiar classic into something new (in a good way).
Judge Toby Young also commented that Chef Voltaggio's dish was especially good because it exemplified his personal cooking style.
