ATC Love to Chef Kirshtein

This week on Top Chef, after what was obviously a difficult Elimination Challenge for the judges, we said goodbye to Chef Eli Kirshtein. The judges agreed that his lamb sausage was a concept worthy of the Bocuse d'Or competition, and Gail loved his sauces in particular.

Unfortunately, all of the judges found his lamb undercooked and studded with overly chewy fat, and for this, Chef was asked to pack his knives and go.
