ATC Love to Chef Leventhal

This week we said goodye to Chef Robin Leventhal for her not-quite-jiggly-enough panna cotta. Though the judges praised her ambition, they thought her Bellagio-inspired panna cotta was too firm and lacked flavor.

Unfortunately for Chef Leventhal, a key part of her dish - the Dale Chilhuly-inspired crystallized sugar, didn't come together as she'd hoped, so she had to omit it from the dish. As a result, the judges had a hard time connecting the dessert to the Bellagio.
