Starchefs.com announced its Class of 2009 Rising Stars Award Winners and season one champ Harold Dieterle is the winner of the Community Award. Congrats, Harold! The gala and awards ceremony will be held at the Mandarin Oriental on September 22nd. Tickets are $150 per person and part of the proceeds will be donated to Autism Speaks.
