Video du Whenever - Angelo Sosa's Bibimbap Burger
Angelo's new restaurant, SocialEatz, is scheduled to open mid-March. In this video, he teases us with a menu item called a bibimbap burger, which looks completely drool-worthy to me. Not sure about the "liquid love sauce" though.

And you're right - it does look delish. The burger, I mean...
I can't get past the "liquid love sauce."
You know, Angelo flies his freak flag just a little higher than the rest of us but the "liquid love sauce" seems a bit much even for him. The burger looks good but I have to agree with David, I was really distracted by the, um, pants.
So glad I'm not the only one that noticed that. He also sounds like he had a lisp that I never noticed before. Invisiline?
Ok, being juicy from the meat is one thing, between the runny egg and the watered vegs, I'll pass.
Sometimes you can't add to much to a good thing.
Great video though. I like Angelo, adn yeah, those pants. Just wow.
Looked like a seriously delicious burger. Very interesting that he favors iceberg lettuce, which is kind of anti-chic.
I totally get it though, Marsha - no other lettuce delivers a satisfying crunch in a sandwich. Romaine comes closest, but because the leaves are so large, I find they soon become soggy.
Kristine - I only notice a slight sibilance when he says "rice" early on, but not anything I'd call a lisp.
