Two 2-pound chickens? The last 2-pound chicken I saw was a Cornish game hen.
Can we get Antonia's beef tongue recipe??
Most of the time, recipes from the episodes can be found here: http://www.bravotv.com/foodies/recipes. However, I can find neither Antonia's beef tongue nor Angelo's pulled pork recipes.
Carla's winning recipe had pastry on the bottom of the pie, not just on the top. I was surprised this was omitted from Rick's version.-Ellen
Anonymous 5:16—None of Rick's preparations seems to really replicate the winning recipes. He didn't even use bluefish for Carla's winning bluefish dish.Shame about the pie crust, though, as the double crust was one of the telling factors in Carla's win. That, and the fact that Tom couldn't stop eating it long enough to make a comment.
Would love to find the recipe for Angelo's pulled pork with the coffee, allspice, chipotle rub.
