Congratulations to Chef Dale Talde on his second Season 8 Elimination Challenge win! The chef was in his element while preparing food for a mob of hungry diners. His time at Buddakan, the Chinese-influenced restaurant in NY's Meatpacking District, gave him valuable experience in executing various dim sum delicacies, which he used in creating both his sticky rice and his dumpling dishes.
Chef Talde was a personality to be remembered in his first Top Chef season and it looks like this time around he'll be remembered more for the good food he creates.
