It's always heartbreaking to see the first chef eliminated, but Elia was cheerful and positive in our interview.
Highlights: She is opening a restaurant in Los Angeles - probably this summer. Also, her best friend from the cast is Jennifer Carroll.

i can imagine that the dish that sent you home was hard to try again right off the bat and can imagine that this sunk elia pretty hard. i know she will do well and move on i was rooting for her and still will...
