Top Chef DC Episode 6 Previews

Frog legs and ostrich are nothing new to the experienced foodies out there, but when emu eggs, crocodile, and rattlesnake are introduced to the Quickfire this week, creativity is bound to ensue as the cheftestants are challenged to create dishes around these "foreign" proteins. And for the elimination challenge, the chefs battle it out in a culinary version of the Cold War when they are divided into two groups to create one cold entrée. The twist? Each team will get to taste the other groups’ dishes and become the judges! Will this shift cause the chefs to be extra-judgmental of their peers?
