Last night's episode of Top Chef could've been subtitled "The Battle of the Short Ribs." Ultimately, Chefs Kelly Liken and Andrea Curto-Randazzo took home the win - and Hilton-sponsored trips to Venice and Barcelona - for their flavorful and juicy version of the dish.
