Sometimes the fickle finger of fate belongs to a judge with a bad attitude.
Chef Mantuano is a class act, known for the wonderful food he prepares and the deep personal experiences that are exemplified by his work.
Tony hass been judged to be an outstanding chef by his peers and the public for many years and an exemplary man by his family and friends. Nothing has changed by his departure from the show.
