Congratulations, Chef (Bryan) Voltaggio!

This week marks the fourth win for Chef Bryan Voltaggio, who impressed the diners and the judges with his goat cheese ravioli with squash puree and fig-glazed short ribs.

The judges praised every part of his dish, but specifically noted that the squash puree hit the mark both in terms of flavor and texture, and that his short ribs were incredibly flavorful, even considering the tight time constraints.

This post is only for positive words for Chef Voltaggio. If you have anything negative to say about him or another chef, please click here.

Congratulations Chef Bryan. It's been a great season made even better by your excellent and very professional presentations. Your food always seems so interesting and I wish I could taste it. I'm really glad that Mike made it to the finals too. Your parents must be very proud.

I will say that I was scared that you were going to get the PYKAG in tonight's episode and was very upset. I don't know which of the cheftestants I would not have been upset to see go, but you were my early season favorite. Very happy to see be surprised tonight.
