Southwest Airlines has set up an outdoor "porch" in Bryant Park and will be serving foods inspired by Southwest destinations, provided by Tom Colicchio's 'wichcraft. I'm curious to test the authenticity of that Baltimore soft crab sandwich....

This year's Taste of Chicago is offering Richard Blais' liquid-nitrogen-and popcorn-ball "popcornsicles." Unfortunately, Blais won't be around to hand out the chilly treats. Taste opens on Friday the 26th and runs until July 5th.
